Over 40 of our young primary mat fighters took part in our 2009 club championships.  For many of the young children this was their first taste of competition and there were many fine displays of judo throughout the event. Boy player of the day went to Alex Alderdice with the girls award going to Ella Vincent.  Dylan Sanderson was presented with a special award for outstanding judo.  Dillon saw off much more experienced fighters in his group to take the Gold Medal.  Certainly one to watch out for in the future.
Photographs will be available soon.
